Littleleaf uses PayPal to process all online orders. PayPal provide a 24 hour secure server thus ensuring all your payment information is encrypted and protected. No credit card detail and/or number is passed onto ourselves by Paypal, hence we are unable to charge your cards for unauthorised transactions. Paypal accepts all major credit and debit cards and it does not require obligatory registration.
If you prefer you can pay by cheque or postal order, in which case orders will be despatched only after the cheque will have cleared. Orders are processed and despatched within 2 working days; they are sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce and will require a signature upon receipt. As the delivery process is beyond our direct control, we cannot guarantee a delivery date, yet we'll always do our best to make sure you get your order as soon as possible. If you are unsure whether your order will arrive in time for a certain date please check before ordering.
If you are unavailable to accept delivery and a card stating the attempted delivery is left at the address, please collect the parcel from the depot as soon as you can; if after 1 week you have not collected your parcel it will be returned to us and you will need to arrange with us for its redelivery, which will be chargeable.
We hope you will be happy with your order, however if for any reason you ore not happy please contact us within 3 days and we will send you a signed Returns Form, without which returns will not be accepted. You can then post the goods to us, unused, and in the original packaging for a replacement or refund. We strongly advise you to use an insured and tracked delivery service for this purpose in order to be sure that any goods returned are delivered safely to us. Postage and packing charges for items you return to usare not refundable. Please note that goods are returned to Littleleaf at your own cost. Unfortunately we will be unable to accept items broken or lost during return transit, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they have reached us and we will not reimburse you until the goods are returned to us in good (fit for resale) condition. Please wrap items securely enclosing the completed returns form we will send you. You will receive your exchange or refund (excluding any postage) within 10 working days of us receiving back the goods. If goods returned to us are found to be damaged, we will not refund any money. We will tell you this in writing by letter, fax, or email. The goods will then be kept at our premises for 90 days from the date of that written notice, after which time we will dispose of them without any further notice to you. You may collect the goods from us before the expiry of the 90-day period, if you wish, or you may pay us to return them to you as long as you tell us in writing before the expiry of the 90-day period.
Please note items often vary from the photographs due to their handmade nature and availability of materials. This makes each item unique. All sizes quoted are approximate. Exact colour matches to photographs cannot be guaranteed. We take all complaints very seriously. If you have a cause of complaint then please write to us at the address shown on our contact page. We will respond in writing to all complaints within 5 days and will keep you informed throughout the process by your request.
When you order goods from us, or otherwise give us personal information, Littleleaf will not share that information with third parties without your permission, other than for the limited exceptions listed below. We may contact you regarding your order and with your permission, to alert you to special offers, updated information, other services or events that you may be interested in. Littleleaf will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: Conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process; Protect and defend the rights or property of Littleleaf; Act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of other site users.
